2021/22 WSA Season

The Waxahachie Symphony Association is pleased to bring live music back to Waxahachie with six in-person concerts for the 2021/22 Season.  Season Ticket Holders have priority with guaranteed seats at each performance.  Individual Concert tickets are sold based on remaining availability.  Children 18 & Under are always FREE, but must reserve a ticket.


We look forward to seeing you for the upcoming WSA Season!  


Considering the ongoing concerns related to the spread of  COVID-19, the following is what you can expect for our concerts  (other than great music, of course).

  • Performances are at 100% seating capacity. 

  • Programs will feature musicians that are masked performing for a maximum of 75 minutes with no intermission.

  • All attendees are required to wear a mask during performances.   


We appreciate your support of the Waxahachie Symphony Association and look forward to bringing the classics back to Waxahachie!

A Taiwanese-American pianist who debuted with the New York Philharmonic at age 13, piano phenom Steven Lin returns to Waxahachie to present classic piano works by some of the all-time masters. A musical poet of the keyboard, Lin’s list of awards includes honors at both the Van Cliburn and Israel’s Rubinstein Competition.

Travel back in time with a spirited mix of Swing and Gypsy Jazz from the Texas Gypsies at the Historic Chautauqua Auditorium.  The Texas Gypsies are a collection of well-seasoned players comprised of Grammy winners and musicians who have backed many of today's top jazz, swing music, and pop performers.

The WSA will close the season by celebrating the musical legacy of Tchaikovsky.  Be there as the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra performs Tchaikovsky’s Fifth Symphony, a triumphant portrayal of the composer’s struggle with Fate.
