The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra - Mozart, Beethoven & Sibelius

Join us for an exciting evening as the FWSO performs two thrilling overtures by Mozart and Beethoven. Mozart’s Magic Flute Overture sets the stage with a dramatic opening that transforms into melodies of pure Mozartian joy. Beethoven echoes Mozart with some drama of his own which eventually leads to one of classical music’s most exhilarating finishes in his Leonore Overture No. 3.  The concert closes as we embark on an epic journey replete with arching melodies and majestic lines in Sibelius’s Symphony No. 2, arguably his most famous work and a source of inspiration and pride for the Finnish people.
